We are seeking a Marketing Analyst (3+ years experience) with strong expertise in AI-driven analytics and automation. The ideal candidate is not only data-driven but also proficient in leveraging AI tools to optimize campaigns, generate insights faster, and improve decision-making. You’ll play a critical role in analyzing marketing performance, customer behavior, and market trends to fuel Growth School’s growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data across campaigns, CRM, paid ads, social, and web analytics.
Leverage AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, GenAI analytics platforms, AI dashboards) for faster insights, reporting, and trend forecasting.
Build and automate dashboards/reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
Conduct competitor and market research using both traditional and AI-driven methods.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-backed strategies.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Content, Product, Sales) to align insights with business objectives.
Lead experimentation, A/B testing, and predictive modelling initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth strategy, or business intelligence
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Tableau, PowerBI).
Familiarity with AI/GenAI platforms for marketing insights.
Experience in building dashboards, running experiments, and delivering actionable recommendations.
Ability to translate data into strategies that impact growth and revenue.
Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams.
Good to Have
Knowledge of AI for predictive modelling, segmentation, and personalization
Experience across multiple digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, paid ads)
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and attribution modelling
