Key Responsibilities

• <ul><li>Attend product training sessions and digest product information to effectively promote product</li><li>Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of our products and services</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service
• managing customer expectations throughout the sales process</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)</li><li>Track and record sales data and customer information accurately in CRM system</li><li>Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and areas for improvement</li><li>Engage with potential clients virtually through phone and zoom.
