We’re OutSearched — the best-reviewed deal sourcing service for LMM investors. We’re looking for a detail-obsessed inbox manager and CRM admin who thrives in high-volume, fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
Cold & warm call business owners (100 calls daily)
Own and update CRM data daily (no detail too small)
Book and confirm meetings directly on the calendar
Track metrics, flag issues, and keep everything running smoothly
Update and improve workflows/client communications
Requirements
Proven experience managing multiple inboxes at scale
Strong CRM admin skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Calendar coordination wizardry
Minimum typing speed: 40+ WPM (must provide typing test result from typingtest.com or similar)
Obsessed with staying organized and proactive
High speed internet, USA callling ability, extensive experience with remote work tools (Notion, Slack, etc)
Bonus Points
Experience in private equity, deal sourcing, or lead gen
Ability to spot patterns and suggest process improvements
